Made To Order- 

10 working days (2 weeks)- up to 3 weeks during busy periods please send me a message before. If you are needing this for a certain/earlier date. (Working days mon-fri not inc. bank hols)

Confirmation emails are automatically sent after an order is made, please check your junk mail if you cannot find this in your inbox. Orders are posted with Royal Mail, once posted it is out of my hands, there may sometimes be delays with international orders depending on the customs in your country.

Do You Accept Returns?

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the items and that everything is handmade, be sure to check the size guide and message me @daisyliauk on instagram or email if you are unsure or need any further help with sizing.

Cancellations are also not accepted. All sales are final, this is not fast fashion

Making Items

All items are handmade on a low quantity basis in the uk, everything is designed, cut and sewn in house. All items are made to order subject to turnaround stated on the listing. This may go over depending on if it is a busy period- please bear with me I make everything on my own. If you are needing something for a certain date please send a message beforehand or leave a note on your order at the checkout.

Custom Orders can be made depending on fabric stock ect. feel free to send me a message.

How Do I Wash My Item?

Please take care when you wash as all items are handmade and delicate. Wash by hand washing or machine washing on a cool delicate wash with similar colours.

What does your Packaging consist of?

Packages are posted in a flat cardboard box using tissue paper, card, stickers, eco friendly paper tape. I try to keep my packaging as eco friendly as possible.

How Are Your Prices Calculated?

Every little thing goes in to the price of your item, the fabric, elastic, bows, labels, thread, packaging are some basic main physical costs, then the time it takes for me to make each item and a profit.
