Do You Accept Returns?

Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the items and that everything is handmade, be sure to check the size guide or message @daisyliia on instagram or email if you are unsure or need any further help with sizing.

Cancellations are not accepted. All sales are final.

How Are Garments Made?

All items are handmade on a low quantity basis or made to order in the uk, everything is designed, cut and sewn in house. If it is a busy period- please bear with me as made to order is just me. If you are needing something for a certain date please send a message beforehand or leave a note on your order at the checkout.

How Should I Wash Garments?

Please take care when you wash as all items are handmade and delicate. Wash by hand washing (recommended) or machine wash on a cool delicate wash with similar colours. Hand wash Bralettes.

What does your Packaging consist of?

Packages are posted in a flat cardboard box using tissue paper, card, stickers and paper tape. I try to keep my packaging as eco friendly as possible.

How Are Your Prices Calculated?

Every little thing goes in to the price of your item, the fabric, elastic, bows, labels, thread, packaging are some basic main physical costs. Then the time it takes for me to make each item or seamstress manufacturing costs with a profit. 

Pre- made - items are shipped in 1-3 working days. 

Made to order  - Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be posted - this may be over if there has been a surge in orders please bare with me, this is not fast fashion, if you are needing your order for a certain date advised to message before or leave a note on your order, thank you🫶

Sizing and Reference 

Intimates come in sizes: XXS- 4-6, XS- 6-8, S- 8-10, M- 10-12, L- 12-14, XL-14-16.

Cup sizing is made standard size. If needing for fuller bust please message beforehand/leave a order note.

My Sizing Preferences:

I am a UK Size 8-10, I usually wear the Gracie Knicker and Ivie Thong in a Size Medium as I prefer it to be not too fitted but I wear The Rosie Thong in a Size Small so that it is fitted. I wear a size Small in all other items apart from bikini tops where i wear a size Large as a 34F cup.
